Everest-VW Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: boxed, uninstalled, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to validate that you are the original purchaser.
- Return Costs & Restocking Fees: For change-of-mind returns, a 10% restocking fee based on the item's original purchase value will be deducted from your refund to cover original postage, packaging, and any return labels provided.
- Customer-Arranged Shipping: If you choose to return the item at your own cost, you will not be reimbursed for postage fees. You remain liable for the value of the product until proof of delivery is shared and acknowledged by Everest-VW upon safe receipt.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Returns must only be sent back after receiving explicit acceptance from us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and the sender will be responsible for any costs incurred to retrieve the item.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address and/or label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to report issues promptly may affect your return eligibility.
Issues reported after the 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Everest-VW may, at its sole discretion, assist with repairs or support, which may be subject to parts and labor charges.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- SIM cards, data services, subscriptions, or remote access to Everest-VW data servers/file servers.
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK & European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the UK or the European Union, consumers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To qualify, the item must be in its original, unaltered condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the transaction.
- Items Found in Perfect Working Order: If an item is returned under the claim of being defective but is found to be in perfect working order upon inspection, Everest-VW reserves the right to refuse the refund and return the goods to you at your expense.
- Missing Accessories: Any authorized returns received with missing accessories or components will be subject to deduction charges at the discretion of Everest-VW.
